The Lightning News reporter learned that the super high-rise project had formulated a detailed post-holiday resumption plan before the festival, and all project management personnel arrived on February 1 to arrange for personnel and materials to enter the site and start work resumption. There are nearly 300 construction personnel, which has started the "acceleration" of project construction.
After the Spring Festival, the super high-rise project quickly resumed work and production, and the project construction was promoted at full speed. The steel structure of the outer frame of the main tower was successfully constructed to the 84th floor, the concrete construction of the outer platform reached the 74th floor, the concrete construction of the inner platform reached the 76th floor, and the secondary masonry construction reached the 84th floor. 53 floors, fire-resistant coating construction up to the 65th floor, and curtain wall construction up to the 60th floor. Among them, the construction of the outer frame steel structure is the current focus of the project, and it is planned to complete the roof capping of the outer frame steel structure by the end of April. In order to ensure the smooth realization of the node goals, the management personnel of the project department commanded on site and prepared steel structure materials in advance. Under the premise of ensuring safe construction, they ensured the continuous advancement of construction and sprinted towards the peak goal. At the same time, the curtain wall and other processes were quickly followed up and interspersed in an orderly manner to ensure the smooth completion of the progress nodes.
Greenland Shandong International Finance Center is located in the core area of Jinan Central Business District, with a building height of 428 meters and a total planning of 88 floors, covering a variety of business types such as 5A Grade A offices, the president's official residence, and a super five-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
